The sushi is delicious and fresh. It pairs very well with the red rice lager. It only opened 2 weeks ago, but it will be here for a long time.

Run don’t walk to this new brew pub.  The beer is great and the seafood fresh and over the top tasty.  Service and staff is outstanding.  Go.  Now.

This place is very special. The beers are crafted to pair with the seafood and both are very well executed. Get off the strip and have a unique experience without a bunch of celebrity chef hype. I'll be here every time I'm in Vegas.

Gulf coast seafood snob. I was the guy that showed up at 3:30 PM and watched the chef(s) do a ton of prep work from the bar. I was drinking Saki and eating oysters. Every time they made a condiment from scratch I asked “hey chef, can I taste that?” And they let me taste. Mmmmmmmmmm. All was good in the world. The head chef even made a tuna sushi “ice cream cone” (no ice cream involved, but imagine delicious fresh tuna and all the compliments in a sugar cone) and it blew my mind. I believe they offer a version of this on/off the menu. The brews were also delicious. Check them out if you haven’t!

This place is an absolute Gem ! May have to be my new hangout spot ! Food tasted like i was in maui !
